Further evidence of insanity in a 'elected' official. 199 pardons including convicted murders and rapist, just shows that these people can do whatever the hell they want to for whatever reason without being held accountable.

It's the "why" factor that's the big one for me. He pardons him a bunch of people yet gives no explanation as to what he based his decision on? Someone please shed some light on this, for a nation with the highest incarceration rate in the world it makes no sense by American standards.
