Least he's taking a hit to his wallet with all the companies dropping their commercials on his show.

But yeah, his mouth hasn't stopped him so far.

To be honest, i dont have any issue with what he said. Do i disagree with him? Yes i do. does he have the right to say whatever the fuck he wants? Yes he certainly does. Everyone says things that someone else wont agree with, but seeing presidential candidates judged by their response to this topic is just fucking stupid.

He is an idiot full of money, that makes millions talking shit of everything he can with the worst style in news history. And no, you don't have the right to say that kind of shit on the radio. But I could not care less about the fat pig. Like Glenn Beck...the less the better. Hope they die in a crash one against the other.

Uh, yes you DO have the right to say that kind of shit on the radio. If he didnt have that right, he would be prosecuted for it.

People make money any way they can. He happens to make it my talking about shit other people are scared to say. By the way, wishing death upon someone makes you no better (or might i say WORSE) then that "fat pig".

There are some things you can't say on the radio or show on TV, and they're very carefully defined. They have to be. Everything else is allowed.

The thing about free speech is that it guarantees that someone somewhere is going to be saying something that enrages you. Your support for constitutional freedoms is measured by how well you support the rights of those people. Anyone can support the rights of people they agree with.

Ah, that's the catch-22 thing with the free-market people. They want win/lose competition, but they also want to rig the political system to support the entities that make them money. The result is a bunch of over-inflated, un-innovative giants who make it their business to mitigate their shortcomings by stonewalling or buying out the competition.

I believe you have responsibilities when you talk on the radio. You can't just insult whoever you like.

Lawyer: Prosecute Rush Limbaugh for defamation

WEST PALM BEACH — —
A high-profile attorney is calling for Rush Limbaugh to be prosecuted on a defamation charge, saying an obscure Florida law can be used to punish him for calling a college student a "slut" and a "prostitute" on the air.

Gloria Allred, the famed celebrity lawyer, sent a letter to the Palm Beach County Attorney's Office saying prosecutors should consider a charge under an 1883 law making it a misdemeanor to question a woman's chastity.
