That is the biggest problem with America today. If the Liberal news was pumping out stories on every economic bill passed, nobody would tune in. So what do they do? Broadcast the shit out of abortion and gay rights, issues that get even the most uninformed citizen interested. It's smart. It makes their advertising revenue (again, they claim to be for the Liberal - yet, really all they care about is the almighty dollar they make in advertising, and at the end of the day, yes, CNN is all about the corporate dollar, and you better believe their executives would prefer huge tax breaks for their mothership of a network).

But that isn't why you vote for a President. And the latest one - and let me preface saying despite being fiscally conservative - I am not a Romney supporter -who gives a SHIT how much money or how many houses Romney has. Since when was success a bad thing in this country?

Fuck, every single President went to Harvard, Yale, or Princeton, and they all belonged to those secret societies, Republican, Democrat, or other, and have been in the same social circles since birth. A social circle that certainly DOES NOT represent the rest of society. It's a fucking joke that one President would claim to relate more to society than another because of party line. They were all elitists through college. Believing otherwise is a joke.

I will say this all this controversy helped pump the economy with the 2 hour waits at CfA. Those supporters loved spending their money for shit that will kill them. Vote with your dollars and if that doesn't work stockpile guns and prepare for the end. Me, I'm getting a foreign bride and peacing out.

You have been listening to too much TV, which of course paints conservatives as bible thumpers...it's all part of the Liberal propaganda to turn elections into social discussion, vs economic discussion.

And Jesus was a Liberal? Let's just say the Bible preaches more about working hard and earning it for yourself (Capitalist) than socialist. The bible preaches not expecting anyone to do anything for you, and to work hard, be a good person, and earn it yourself.
