Both but for different reasons.

I don't think anyone really cares that he's (half) black. That was a vogue issue for both sides to use for political expediency in 2008 but it's really not relevant now. The few that do hate him because of his race are vastly outnumbered by detractors both sides; ones that were very dubious of his ambiguous and undefined platform and those that feel deceived by what they interpreted to be his platform issues. I mean, like you said, there are plenty of issues to oppose him on.

I find it most appalling that he identifies himself as a Constitutional Scholar.

You're reaching with this one. College transcripts? That will do nothing. The Republicans have the power to know whether or not Obama was a legitimate elect. If it were really in question he certainly would not be in the office.

It does seem to me though that it would be a smart political move, if the GOP is actually asking for this, that he release the transcripts. He graduated from Harvard. This was before he was president mind you, so he was just some dude. The fact that he managed to do this shows some intelligence. Whether or not he got straight A's should not matter. Scholastic ability does not always reflect ones usable brain power. Oh whoever said Einstein did poor in school, wives tale. He did fine. That was a legend built up by those who do poorly in school and wanted to feel smart. Anyway, the Demo's are demanding transparency, it would be a good jab in the knee to the GOP if Obama released this irrelevant piece of information.

Both sides are playing games. Why do the Demo's really want to see Romneys taxes? Cause they know he payed very little taxes and that will enrage some. It shouldn't. If you were in his financial position would you really pick the paying of taxes option when you can instead pay someone to figure out what was probably a legal position to put his money in so he keep more of it? I sure as hell would. Not to mention its nearly impossible to make what anyone in that bracket does from a straight up paycheck. These people get into these positions by investing. Investments pay dividends, dividends don't get taxed as much. I bet you don't complain about that with a retirement plan though.

It is totally a pinhole argument, and your right he wasn't just a bad student, but he did bomb in certain subjects un-mathematics related which caused issues blah blah blah the rest is history.

As I said, a big fat lie on his admission or financial aid application would tell us more than a few B's or C's.

I see things haven't changed much around here

Birth certificate? School transcripts? Tax records? Who cares, it's all smoke and mirrors to keep simple minded idiots arguing about shit that doesn't really matter. Can we PLEASE go back to abortions and gay marriage, at least these are tried and true distractions. The fact of the matter is, rep. dem. 2 sides of the same coin, neither one gives a fucking shit about you after you believe their bullshit long enough to vote for them. So keep on arguing about these earth shattering issues while we are involved in endless wars, the country sinks deeper into financial ruin, the police state grows exponentially every day, and the rich get richer while the poor get poorer.

As for Obama being a Constitutional Scholar...he must have got crappy grades...he has signed more anti-constitutional law then any other president in history. NDAA tops that list, laying the groundwork for martial law...how about H.R. 347 that takes away our right to protest at political events(bye bye to freedom of speech). No one seems to give a fuck about those things, the reps. should be screaming bloody murder about B O. trashing the constitution but they don't say shit about it...why?? Think about it...or don't...keep arguing about which fire extinguisher is better while the house burns down.

I'm JeffreyCH and I approve this message

Yes, he studied the Constitution so he could tread all over it. If you're looking for a real Constitutional scholar check out Mark Levin.
