Why are you against it? Legalization will lower the amount of non violent criminals clogging the system and allow law enforcement to focus on the real dangers to society.

The cops here in so cal are for the most part not into hassling stoners. A lot of them actively talk about wanting to decriminalize weed so they can spend their time chasing real bad guys.

For the most part, I can't stand cops, but you can't really call the guy a jerk for writing you a ticket for going 85 in a 65.
