McCain Campaign: Let Us Question Governor Palin

Whereas the problems facing our nation and the world must be handled by an administration which shows good judgment and, whereas, Americans are less than two months away from an important decision in the 2008 Presidential Election, it is our right and our duty to be informed about all candidates for the highest office in the land, including their Vice-Presidential running mates.

Senators Obama, Biden and McCain have, and continue to, speak to the American people, and most Americans have at least some kind of basic knowledge about these candidates, their background and their views. Governor Palin, however, is brand new to the majority of American voters, and knowing about her is crucial to better understanding of the candidates, their views and their plans.

It has come to our attention that the McCain campaign will limit, if not prevent, media interviews with Governor Palin, so that she has time to study and prepare for the appearances she will have to make during the last weeks before the election.

We believe that anyone who is qualified to be the nation's Vice-President and, perhaps, President, should be able to address the people and the media on Day One of her involvement in the campaign.

We demand that Governor Palin uphold her responsibility in "interviewing" for the important job she seeks without delay. If she truly is qualified for the job, she should be able to address us intelligently, honestly and without fear of fielding questions she is not prepared to answer.

Avoidance of the media and the people will give Americans the su****ion that she and the campaign have something to hide.

THE STRATEGY OF 'NO COMMENT' IS SELF DEFEATING.

although i did hear her optician being interviewed on radio this morning!!!!!

she is such a media starlet and dare i say, 'celebrity'?

move over Paris, the lipsticked pitbull is hogging the limelight; with sound bites and hair do's galore! just don't quote her! quote her optician!!!! WTF!?

Just imagine what would have happened on the R side if Hillary was playing the gender card now and not conceding interviews.
She would have been crucified.

yep..but it's not working, as the ABC interview demonstrated there isnt much behind the smoke screen.
They are underestimating the intelligence of the American people. Big mistake.

keep up the rancor boys and your pitpull mentality in exposing the tired old republican playbook where the facts are irrelevant....yes the facts do not matter watta a country the neocons want to create...?? wait for the debates my patriot brothers we shall see the fur fly and the hockey mom exposed for what she is...Mc Same/Palin Al Qaeda choice for prez/V.P ha!!
