Obama's citizenship challeneged in the US Supreme Court
 

a retired NJ lawyer took the case to the Supreme Court, saying because Obama's father was a UK (Kenyan) citizen at the time of Obama's birth, that he is not a natural-born citizen.

he also states McCain is not a natural born citizen since he was born in the Panama Canal zone.

he's not the only one doing this, evidently there are a bunch of cases tied up in the courts regarding his citizenship.

this particular case is Donofrio vs. Wells & has not yet been decided if it will be heard, but they should have a decision sometime today. if they decide to hear, Donofrio is asking that they postpone the electorial college vote until they can provide qualified candidates for presidency.

Some people just can't let it go that he won. He was born in the States, his mom is American, by the usual definition they've been using for years he is definitely a legal citizen. Besides, the whole duel citzenship (His father was Kenyan, Kenya was a british colony (or still is?) so he had british citizenship) issue is moot as it expired when he turned 21.
