I didn't use any mount. All I did was take some parachute cord and lashed it to the end of the ski pole. Kind of a pain in the ass because if you want to change angles then you have to unlash and relash. Also it sucks carrying around a ski pole all day. I'm getting ready to upgrade to a tellescoping pole, that way I can stuff it in my backpack when I dont want to carry it.

Either HD or SD, the GoPro still takes some sick footage! I cant wait to get the HD version. But my problem is I spend all my $$$ on the hill snowboarding and dont save up for a new camera. Gotta have priorties!!

Yup, you definitely have the priorities straight. No point in buying the HD if you can get up to the hill.
Snow is coming my way, I'll be riding Monday and Tuesday but no cam to take footage...oh well.. |
