holy shit is all I can say. words cannot accurately describe the day I had yesterday at Pow Mow. Officially my favorite place on earth. 26 inches of fresh untouched powder in Powder Country. Me and 4 good buddies were lapping powder country and riding the bus back to the resort all day. what a strange surreal experience riding an old school bus back up the mtn instead of a lift. hardly rode lifts all day. mostly just buses.
place is filled with the most hardcore yet laid back powder hounds I've ever met. yesterday everybody had a smile ear to ear that you couldn't wipe off. It was absolutely spectacular. you could make turns 50 feet wide in over two ft of fresh utah pow without crossing one other track. absolutely amazing. best day of my life in snowboarding. still stoked just thinking about it. can't wait to get back on the next pow day. that place is absolutely magical. president's day 2011 was one for the books for me. a day that I won't soon forget

I was there the day before. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Was almost to deep. Powder country was closed because the roads were bad (according to the lifties).
We spent the day riding Paradise and Cobabe. That one day was worth the price of the season pass. going again this weekend. |
