Default A few pics and an edit

In less than 10 hours I will be on the mountain closing out my 20th season. I am having a hard time accepting that because this season has by far been my best yet. This is my first post on a snowboarding themed forum and I look forward to hearing some of your storys, check out pics, vids and just generally have a place to bs about the thing that I love most. I thought there would be no better way to say hello than to share a few pics I have taken over the year and my first edit using a gopro with everyone.
Enjoy!

These pics are from my trip to Mt Baker in late January. These were taken out of bounds on the Shuksan arm. No shots of riding, just the hike. But all that I can say is that Baker is SICK!

Me with my 170cm Never Summer

From Loveland Pass in Colorado

Bad angle for pics of the jump but still pretty cool.

Me again

A few shots from my new Gopro.

And I am out of room for pics

My first edit ever from Mt Baker is also on my youtube page but it was with a crappy camera... Here is my first edit using a gopro. It was closing weekend at Vail. They reported 1" but we were finding 12"-15" back in the trees. Im in the red coat and my younger brother is in the dark grey / orange coat.

Anyways, time to get a little sleep... I need to get up nice and early so I can make the most of my last day this season.

I'm not normally a fan of the GoPro edit, but that wasn't to bad. I think it's cause you have a super sweet pole for it. Oh, and the banger at the end was excellent.

Glad you enjoyed the edit. I hear ya, sometimes the gopro POV shots get kinda of old. I think the challange is going to be keeping the angles and perspectives interseting.

Anyways, the last day at Loveland was a blast. Here is a few stills from yesterday.

Hey! I remember your vid! I commented on your YouTube about that sweet branch mount haha. Didn't you win some contest? I found your vid through one of their tweets.

Welcome to the forum!

I have to agree, I love the o-natural pole for the gopro!

I also loved the fall at the end....especially how the poll continues down the hill without you for a second.

So envious of your photos. I am determined to hike Baker before I die. Just need to find the right people to commit with me. East coasters are lazy. Thanks for sharing!

Haha, no I didnt win any contests. I shared it with Never Summer and they re-posted it on their FB and twitter pages.
