Nozawa Onsen Feb 2013 - Snowboarding Forum

Just arrived back from a 4 day session in Nagano. Epic powder as ever.
Every day brought lots of fresh snow and cold temps kept the powder good and fluffy at least up at the top half of the mountain.

Powder was slashed, grabs were tweaked and soba noodles were consumed

.

Desperately need to get my buddy with a POV to follow me around and get some video footage. Maybe next trip out.

just based on the graphics I am one hundred percent sure I will never buy a never summer board

Do it, Japan is a great place to ride powder, but so much more than that.

I came here for 1 or 2 years initially, this year it will be 12.

I'm gonna have to set aside vacation next February.

Lots of different ways to do Japan.

you should get some ideas if you read through some threads in this section.

I personally prefer making a trip up myself but I understand why some people prefer the tour route, both options are discussed in various threads above.
