Tahoe -Which is Best of the Epic Pass

Hey so I have never boarded Tahoe, and I want to go next season. I am sure someone has asked this before but which of the three resorts on the Epic Pass (Kirkwood, Northstar or Heavenly) is the best? I am more of a freeride/pow guy, preferring blue and black runs, and I don't hit the park that often.

Also the plan is to go early/mid January.

+1

Let me know when you will be there. I'm there 3 days a week all winter long

I am a Vermonter living in California showing the locals how to keep it real!

Yea I made this same thread a few months back and most people said kirkwood. I ended up going to mammoth though.

I would like to try Mammoth one day, but between the epic pass covering Kirkwood, Northstar, and Heavenly and me being able to use my family's time share I am going for a broke man's vacation.

I still want to go to kirkwood, I only went to mammoth because it's a little bit less of a drive for me. Hopefully I can make it to kirkwood next season, mammoth may be better but I'm all up for going to new places.

Kirkwood, Northstar, and then Heavenly in that order.

Stay in South Lake Tahoe for the cheap lodging but drive to Kirkwood or Northstar to ride. When we were there it also seemed like Heavenly had more wind holds and its CAT Track hell for boarders as well.
