Good boards, I have one myself. Go for the 155 unless you are mainly freeriding pow then you should have the 157. Width is not a problem for your boot size and is actually a hair wider than most...

Well when there's a big dump of snow, the conditions on in-bounds are sick plus the backcountry likely has sketchy avy conditions, so yeah I will ride a lot in-bounds this year too.

I grew up in Manitoba. It's pretty much all flat prairie/lakes/tundra. Just by a quick google-maps it looks like your hills in Tennessee are better. If you want to jib some park then it might be ok....
