Sunshine / Lake Louise Weekend

I am going to start my 10 hour drive from the prairies -> Banff for Sunshine opener and some Lake Louise early season riding.

I bought one of these two years ago and yes.. it does wonders for your balance and core strength. I broke my femur a while back and I could only stand on my dominant foot on it.....

Louise = long runs, tons of ride-able mountain.
SSV = better feeling snow (more natural), secluded, quality terrain....
