I have a feeling that the damage was either a manufacturing defect, or similar, and was never intended to be sold. Sometimes boards w/printing defects end up on ebay at a fraction of MSRP. That's...

Congrats on the purchase. I ride a 2009 Arbor Westmark 59 and love it to death. It's very light and equally durable. If you don't love your Cadence I'll eat my Westmark. =)

SoCal season is approaching an end. As of April 17th Bear will only be open on weekends. I consider that a season ender.

I second that. Slimewalls are intended to add durability to the sidewalls so they'll flex instead of break. Capita also uses urethane sidewalls and the Ultrafear FK might be an interesting...

This is the truest statement I've read in a long time. At first I thought it was just tree sap, but now I'm starting to wonder if it's diesel residue as a result of nightly grooming. Back on track;...

I wouldn't recommend the Sierrascope as an introductory board, except that you're primarily riding Bear and will only have access to park riding. From one Bear rider to another you'll end up wanting...

A little late, but seems like you should just go with the one with the graphic you like best. Evidentally they're identical.

I'm 6'4" 165lbs and I ordered a 156(arrives tomorrow, woot!) It's a soft, park oriented, board so I don't think it'll impair you at all. If it were a medium-flex board maybe going down a size...

Base Cleaner will work, but a lot of people recommend ironing on your wax and scraping it off right away while it's still warm. The pores of your base will still be opened from the heat and you'll...

Flat Kick on the Capitas is all the rage right now. It seems like TBT is just a complicated way to achieve what FK does.

Right along the full-length die-cut. I saw this damage, but some thought into my riding style, and decided to purchase the Sierrascope anyway. burritosandsnow mentioned that he's a little on the...

I don't think bronze edges and all-mountain are compatible phrases. You're talking about doing "all-mountain and possibly some park in the future" and if that's the case I'm fairly certain the Draft...

Couldn't agree more. I think the fact that they offered a 20% discount over this has made me an even bigger fan of Dogfunk.

Does the Capita Sierrascope 156 run a little wide?

Hey guys,

I'm interested in picking up a 156 Capita Sierrascope, but I ride mid-wide boards w/size 12 boots. I looked up the specs and found that the Sierrascope has a 255mm waist. Correct me if...

I contacted Arbor today and they said that I "SHOULD" be able to ride the Draft w/sz.12 boots depending on my stance. I ride a 15/15 but pretty wide so I might be a little past the Grip-tech contact...

Advice on length for tall jibber.

Hey guys,

I'm 6'4" and 165lbs. I'm currently riding a Arbor Westmark 159. It's a little stiff and feel a little like a boat. I'm interesting in possibly getting Arbor Draft (something more jib...

Durability is in fact what I'm looking for. I'm not to crazy about only getting 1 full season out of my Arbor. Although I really can't blame Arbor for rider-error. =)

I'm with you on that, but the Sierrascope has a Die-cut base. Did you ever see that thread where that guy broke his Sierrascope right down the middle on the die-cut? Screw that. Camber vs. Rocker...

Hey all,

It's time for a new deck and I've narrowed it down to two, but I'm having trouble pulling the trigger and I think it's due to a lack of information on either product. Before I get too...
