For the last 3 seasons I've been using a pair of 2010-2011 Burton Custom bindings, and they've been okay to me, they haven't cracked, shattered or spontaneously combusted....

I'd say that looks pretty normal to me, but it's up to you. If you see it getting worse then by all means bring it to a shop but if it stays like that it's purely an esthetic blemish.
