One would think with all the keyboard ninja's on this forum that they could find a way to SPAM the fucking SPAMER'S.....

It's hard to get a lock on them since they have always have 1 time use spam email accounts, and shit like that. I guess if you could get there IP Address and Virus them or something...... I do think you can block people by their IP address though, that would at least get rid of repeat offenders.

I wonder if the mods have done that, ban users by their IP address. That should get rid of the repeat offenders. Mods, you want to chime in?

Yes we do IP ban all of the spammers now. As mentioned acquiring a new IP isn't all that hard. It's still an extra PITA we can give them. There are a couple of things we may implement to deter them. It'll be a serious PITA for us, but over a couple of weeks it should really knock them down on the site as they won't even be able to sign up and we'll ban their IP's right away.
