I have an idea which MIGHT satisfy everyone...

Lost a lot of image quality trying to clear the text up. If you could send me a PSD or .ai file for those panhandler, it'd be great.

simpler, and better for a vinyl
to be honest i like the "agro"ish(?) style to that.

i iwhs i still had my laptop so i could partake in this decal making frenzy, i design decals for all my drifting buddies.

Wish I ran across this a while ago. My oldest boy made vinyl decals in shop class and asked if I wanted any decals.
He made some burton and other viynl decals, arrghhh this would have been perfect for him.

Man, these are getting good. Love the remake Andreas.

More good stuff Panhanlder. My favorite is the first and fourth one from your last round. That first one seems a little too much though, but you're definitely onto something.

Question is, will this actually come to fruition? I'm wanting some of these already.

We don't have to be limited to one logo either. Could be two. One that spells it out and the other can be abbreviation. I like both.

i thought the first one was a bit too busy also, but its hard to come up with a design for a 3 letter abbreviation.

my personal favorite is the 2nd and 3rd one from my latest batch. They might look better in a different font though. I also want to know if someone will actually make these because i want a SBF sticker!

I think my big thing is that I'd rather it not look like an advertisement but at the same time have the website somewhere on it... If the sticker looks good it'll draw attention to the site from new people...

But for the most part, I don't put stickers on my sticks... so if it looks good people will ask what the fuck it is because it'll be the only one on there :)

I like the designs so far though... I can do sketches of designs but I don't have enough experience with editors and shop to do anything on the computer worth looking at.

These boxy'ish ones you guys are coming up with remind me of bumper stickers, wich would be cool for a car i guess but not so much on a board. Try and make it more of a free flowing design and less like a connstricted one. If that makes sense. Examples are like the bold abreviation ones, or the speech bubble one. Idk just my thoughts, carry on. anything that gets made is better then nothing.

comic sans is the most played out font ever. i wouldnt take a free sticker with comic sans on it let alone buy one.

Also i was thinking about it and i think having a silhouette of a snowboarder on my board (or car or whatever) would look pretty dumb aswell. I want something either funny or actually stylish

Finally got a chance to put a little design time in. The black is just the board or car window or whatever.

I have some rough ideas that would include a graphic with a rider, so that'll be the next drafts up for feedback.

Regarding the production and getting the project up and running... free is obviously cheaper than my paying to have these made and then passing along those costs, so I'm fine with deferring to the members that offered to get the vinyls cut, but you have to follow through. I'll wait a little while for others to make good, but this is what I was referring to in my earlier post: the forum gets excited and the ideas start flowing, several work-streams develop (pardon the corporate-speak), but then no one ultimately steps up and delivers. That's not in reference to anyone specific, I'm just talking in general after having seen it happen numerous times on other forums. I'll get back to the drawing board while waiting for signs that there'll be a viable production source.

Cheers,
Will
