no there is not a single thread explaining how much you gain or lose. Just post and have fun and in no time you are going to see a increase in them. If you start new threads you can also make lots of credits, as everything someone posts in your thread you get a small amount of credits out of it.

I used to give extra credits to a lot of members out there that needed some to get in the positive side. But soon I found out that most these members turned out to be temporary ones, so I decided to stop.
