Torqued Knee

I went out to shred tonight and noticed I've been having some strange knee issues. I don't necessarily have pain, but my left knee feels really weird.

I'm thinking my issue is that I ride goofy and have Flow bindings. Because of the low lift chairs where I ride, I have to keep the highback down. Because I have to keep it down, when I push to and from the lift, I have to push in front and as an ex-skateboarder I'm used to turning my foot to the forward position to push.

Every time I go out, it feels increasingly worse all the time. Anyone else ever had an issue with pushing like this?

It's pretty stupid, I admit. I guess I'll just have to mentally prevent myself from turning my knee. If you've had any knee issues, do you think a brace would impede my abilities on the hill? No matter what the issue and knee discomfort is, it's not enough to prevent me from going out.

Where does the knee hurt?

I actually got taken out getting off a chairlift and twist my left knee (I ride goofy so it wasnt attached), Now im out for a month to two months. Anyways, Ive twisted some of my patella ligaments, above and below the knee cap.

Go to a doc, get a referral for physio or something. Knee problems can only get worse, if you got a torn meniscus that can be pretty bad manggg.

Only way a brace is going to impede you is if you do some weird acrobatic move that I'm not aware of... I'm goofy and wear a sports brace on my left knee... because I had some weird ass disease Oshgoodslaughters or some shit.. so it's fucked up... but I do japans and shit with no worries.

I wanted a sig, but I need a job first.
