slammed before i even hit a lift.....
Friday morning 7am, first day in vail and headed to the bus stop to go to lionshead village to catch the lifts. There's a steep incline and I wabeing a dumbfuck not paying attention. I hit some ice and my left leg flew out from under me, right leg stayed put.... twisted my knee pretty good. My wife didn't think I should ride... I didn't either but I figured fuck it, you only live once and I already spent the money and came all this way....
I ended up just cruising the green and blue groomers until my knee started giving out. Around 1 all weekend. Gotta start rehabilitations when I get home. Bike riding, weight lifting, stretching. Im still pissed at myself.
