Nomis Toasty Heated Hoody - Snowboarding Forum

Just bought the Nomis Toasty for $224 and I figured I'd give a review for those considerng buying one.

I would have to say I'm pretty disappointed in it. It's not very "toasty" at all, mostly because you can barely feel the heat. I'd say it should be called a "keep you from getting cold" hoody instead of a "heated" hoody. I was expecting something like a heating pad or heated car seats on a low setting, but it doesnt come close. It also weighs about 10 lbs. Other than that the fit is great, the quality is the best I've seen in a sweatshirt (unlike other Nomis hoodies) and it does keep you from getting cold (I wore it in 1 to 25 degree temps all morning). I wouldn't buy it again.

wow I have looked at these over and over again an just never pulled the trigger. 10lbs is heavy for not getting hot. oh well

It doesn't actually weigh 10 lbs but it feels like it because it's so heavy.
