CAPiTA Scareamster 144 review

Ok this is my first review so it probably won't be the best and I'm comparing it to a 2005 Sims board lol.

I was up at my mountain for about 24 hours of riding(3 days).

Riding: This board was fairly good at carving groomers. It was also fairly stable at higher speeds but I'm 12 so I don't go really fast. I also took it to the backside at my mountain and it was pretty good there too.

Powder: We were so lucky at my mountain, we got 13 inches of new powder one night. The board was OK in powder as long as you were going fast. As soon as you slowed down you could feel it loose it's float.

Park: This is were the board preformed. It is fairly light with my Rome 390's so it was nice for jumps. And it wasn't a noodle, so I could still hit the 25 footers in the park but it still worked nice on rails. I also got my first FS 360 off of a 15 foot kicker .

Butters/Presses: Ok, I'm only 85 pounds so it was hard for me to hold a press for more than a couple seconds, but if I had a roller or something it worked.

Overall I REALLY love this board! I am really glad I got it and would recommend it to anyone that likes to ride a lot of park but also like to go for a run down a groomer once and a while.

Thanks

and ya I might be able to next year

And as for the Extruded base I found as long as it's waxed good it still goes as fast as I need it to go.
