2007 NeverSummer Summit 161cm

Ok, i know this is somewhat of an old board but really never rode it in good powder condition for last year to determine how good this board is.

I have the chance to take this board to Hakkoda, Aomori Japan last weekend and have a total blast on this board. The setback on this board definitely helps a lot for floatation on powder. Turning was easy and precise with the short tail as I was able to navigate the packed tree runs very well.

This board is definitely the strongest built of all boards I own currently and previously (Libtech Trice/ Burton Uninc / K2 WWW / Elan Inverse / Flow Team / Ride System)and I rode on top of logs and branches with no damage to the board whatsoever.

One thing I don't like about this board is how it handles hardpack. It becomes quite sketchy riding it on hardpack as the setback is fairly far back.

This board is definitely the true pow stick and handles pow extremely well. I can only imagine how much better this year's Summit will be with the rocker profile.
