dc super park 08 - Snowboarding Forum

So I was thinking about getting the 08 (white and black ones with the crazy design) dc super park boots and I am very glad I didn't. While at the slopes yesterday I saw from afar a guy that had them, so I waited a few seconds for him to get to the bottom and I started asking him about them. He said they where no good, and I asked him why, and he said he had only been riding them this past season (i guess thats a obvious one since they are 08) and he pulled up his pants, and everywhere the boa system laced through a part of the boot, the cloth around it was just tearing and falling off. They looked like very crappy years old boots. I don't know how often this guy went to the slopes, and how hard he used them, but still, he has only been using the for a few months.

just a warning to anyone thinking about getting them, and anyone here who has them post up your thoughts on yours, good or bad.

seems like a warranty problem and the guy should contact DC

maybe it is a warranty issue, because I haven't talked to anyone else with them. He seemed pretty hardcore too, like he was probably hitting the slopes at least once a week since the begging of the season. Thats why I posted this to see if other people with the 08 super park had the same problem.
