Toe/Heel Overhang issues

1 Attachment(s)
Hello guys, just looking for some information. I believe I bought gear that's not sized properly. I have a size 11 boot and its on a burton clash 155 board. I have considerable toe and heel overhang. I would like some advice whether this is normal or that I have to much.

From that angle everyone would have crazy over hang, you need to just take a photo of the base strait on. This way we can see the toe and the heel.

This is when the bindings are centered

What angles do you have the binders at?

Front is at about 16 and back is about 5, I'm pretty much a beginner so I'm very paranoid about the overhang, as I fell a lot my first time out.

HAHAHA, yeah it was your first time out of course you fell a lot. You will know if your toe or heel cause you to fall the board edge just stops working and it slides out. If you have under and inch of over hang don’t worry about it.

yea, I had a few abrupt falls from what I believe was the overhang. There's about 1 1/2 inches overhang when the bindings are centered.

You're going to have abrupt falls when you start..... it's called catching an edge

(we've all experienced it)
