Default Need some help...

I pulled this rack out the other day. It hasn't been used in a couple of years and the threads on the ratchet knobs are rusted tight. These are made of plastic over metal, does anyone have any great ideas on how to get them loose?

I can maneuver it into a bucket, maybe a good soak in cleaner.

Even if you just spray it you should be okay. But if you can get it in a bucket of the stuff that'd work too.
