Remove wax from bindings?

Hey guys,

I waxed my board last year and like a derp I didnt remove the bindings first, which subsequently lead to wax dripping onto he cushion part in one or two spots. Is there any way to get this off without ripping the padding off? I tried searching but nothing came back :( What do all you experts think? Thanks guys!

Put your foot in your boot. Put your boot in your binding. Ride. Repeat.

you can try fire water or other citrus based wax cleaners

Two things, first there's no need to remove your bindings when you wax it just creates extra work for you and increases the possibility of loose mounting screws; second don't worry about the wax it will come off by it self and won't damage anything

If you have to have it off without wearing it off, put two or three layers of paper towels over the wax and the hold your iron over the towels, the wax will melt and the towels will absorb it.
