Default Shoulder bracing options

Hey all, looking for advice on shoulder braces. I fully dislocated my left one twice last year, recovering again now, and was wondering what your thoughts were on the neoprene style with the" x-straps" or should a guy just tape it. I ask because the shoulder is pretty loose. It started to come out the other day without an impact, just shitty movement.

If it already came out a couple times, it will probably come out again. Happened to me 3 or 4 times before having major surgery.

I guess one of those contraptions could have helped prevent one of the dislocations I had---threw my arm for a frontside 360 and it got stuck (it was already really loose by then). But I doubt it will help if you jam it up and out, or if you land really hard on it sideways and it caves in (that one is extremely painful).

Doing any physio to build up the muscles around it and tighten it back up? I have the same issue on my left shoulder but I don't wear a brace. Not yet anyway...not sure how much a brace would prevent it from popping again?

I started doing physio, went riding today no issues. Was hoping that a brace would just add support while it healed as much as possible. EVS and shock doctor both seem to make a good brace that doesn't eliminate range of motion. Thinking I'm ordering one to try.
