What should you change from your current setup to try and achieve a little more responsiveness/agileness/tactile-ness?

Boot? Binding? Board?

I guess it depends on what your definition of response is, what you like in flex and snow conditions.

Stiffer boots will be more responsive but may not be more agile.

Stiffer bindings more responsive.

Shorter board more agile.
