I sent my board in for warranty and they got it back to me overnight by 4:00pm.I sent in a 07 clash and got back 09 clash.I then took that and traded it for 09 green deuce which I like better so far.I also sent my freestyle bindings in for a broken base plate and they sent me back a set of customs all within 24 hours. I think that is awsome customer service.I know alot of you don't like burton and I'm not married to them either but I give props. when due.Oh I turned the board in on the on the last day of the warranty and they said no problem pretty cool
the board had die cut letters in the base and a few of them started to fail. They swelled a bit and started letting water in. It happend fast within like a week.So for once I got lucky and was under warrantyThe bindings where 2 seasons old and the base just cracked at the front inside toe strap area.
I had to send back a set of 2 yr old bindings after I broke a base plate. I received a brand new, current year set later that week. They are still in the box since I got a deal on some other bindings , but their customer service was excellent the whole way.
