(Off topic) I think that's about where I am now. I found as I was learning - having my back foot at 0 was good for knowing where the board was. But no idea if that was better - since I didn't switch to a negative on my back foot until 2 years ago when I really wanted to get better at switch riding.

Ohh it makes a big difference. Plus if your stance is a little wider than your shoulders you still have that control from the back. Thats the way u want to go if you want switch I think
