hey im new to this forum. im sure this topic has been discused, im lookin into buying flow bindings and i hear from some people there terrible and some swere by em. i dont ride to much park, i do like to hit jumps. mainly just free mountain riding. so any opinions would be appreciated

here's my 2 cents, they are good but it's hard to explain the feel from the FLOW / Traditional binding. For me the FLOW were just Aight, gave em a shot just personnal prefrence. I can ride with either just prefer the traditional binding.
