Sup guys, recently I've been experiencing foot cramps on my lead foot.I've been riding with more presure on my lead foot 60/40, to steer more with my front foot to eliminate the back foot skid affect. Can this be causing my foot to cramp up? Note it's only for like the first 15 minutes or couple of run's.

My foot and leg cramps usually come from dehydration. Carry a camelpak and keep drinking it. If you ever FEEL thirsty, that means your body is already feeling a little dehydrated. As soon as I drink some water, my cramps go away within 15 mins or so. It could also be your boot fit.

I ride goofy and have have recently been experiencing severe muscle pain with my left thigh, to the point where I think the muscle is gonna explode. Have any of you guys experienced any type of pain like this??? I'm off to the doctors tomorrow to seek some expert advise but I'm already expecting the "stop boarding for a few weeks" blah blah blah ....... I know its not my set up cause I've been boarding with the same board for 3 years with no problems and I haven't changed the set up at all...
Help needed
