hi people. i am currently doing a graphic design project for my course at uni. I'm creating my own snowboard company and the first thing i did is create some logos. My company is called 'Twin-Tech Snowboards' and i got feedback of other students today (a graphic design point of view), and i wanted opininons from people into snowboarding. i have my own opinions but i wanted feedback from you guys, what do you prefer? there's still work i need to do to them but its an idea. im thinking of use on products aswell, adaption into board design, bindings, etc so to take the logo itself without text and modify it for the base of a board etc
any feedback will be very helpful for me as snowboarders are the target audience.
you can post, pm me, whatever you want.
thanks in advance.:D

I like the lower left and lower right. But the type on the lower left has too much kerning between the letters.

Im also not sure about spelling out technology on the lower right hand. The square design would look sick if you trimmed the black and added a think 2px or 1px black boarder assuming the size your currently using is how it shows up in your illustrator and it hasnt been resized.

what I like is that your using the name twins is that you can play off of stereotypes in advertising such as hot twins using the psuedo professional language that you see on dogfunk and other sites. Its become a bit of a trend in the snowboard world, I wish it wasnt. But overall youve got some good designs, the character up on the right is good too. hes got some character, you could give him a board model kind of an original idea where each board in the series has him doing something. Be careful, twin is a commonly used word in the industry, you dont want to be steppin on toes like "evil twin" from bataleon

yeah i was just gonnna say that bottom left one deffinitly caught my eye first.

But yes the lower case t's seem to give off a Jesusy subliminal messagish kinda vibe or something, specially since they form the letter "S" which some might perceive to stand for "Satan" or Snake or something symbolicly bad like that..

-Not saying that thats what I think, but hey its a crazy world, all I know is if you start getting bad attention profits could go down (or maybe up, who knows) something to consider.

heh one other thing is that something about it kinda reminds me of the burton logo a little bit. (still referring to bottom left)

None the less, that one is my favorite.

I think least favorite is the top left because it seems too specific to be the logo of the whole company, I dk if female riders would be drawn to riding a board that has a dude that looks a lil buzzed on their boards.

Top left - the logo doesn't match the font
Top right looks like a pharmaceuticals company
bottom left looks too religous
Bottom right is the best logo in my opinion. I would use the lettering from the top right, only lose the double spacing on "SNOWBOARDS", so the first S starts under the W in TWIN and the last S ends under the C in TECH.

I agree with the bottom left/right crowd, tho I think upper right could be the best with a bit of revision. Upper left is kinda lame, looks like the character from some mid-90's fruit snacks.
