So i went to sunday river the past 4 days while on school vacation (WHOOO!!) got 15 in. was great conditions, barely anybody there blah, blah, blah

but you know what was BS, the whole vacation, the US. snowboarding competition thing was being hosted at sunday river this week, so they closed down some trails to make courses, alright fine no problem.

but they built the huge slalom, Grand prix, w/e you wanna call it, right on the MAIN TERRAIN PARK. not one jump was open my whole time there. why the hell, would they build a race course, on one of the most important feature of the mountain. put it on another trail, like...what the hell

not to mention the "pro" snowboarders were a bunch of dicks.

Aren't there like 6 park at Sunday River. I've only been later in the season but that is a huge mountain.

they had one rail park which was really good, and then whoville, which is a park with 1 foot jumps...whoooo. there were enough rails at the one park to please me, but absolutly no jumps, anywhere

Oh that sucks, but thats when u have to start improvising and finding or builidng side hits.
