Anyone ever have an ACL recon? I been dodging surgery for years. I know that once I make that appointment, it's commitment. I ride with a brace, and I can't really progress past bombing, not because my knee can't handle it as it is, but the brace just limits my mobility... I hear the recovery times are pretty short. If anyone has any feedback or rehab advice, how long you were out, how long until the confidence comes back, etc, please share with me! Thanks!
