i have a question

hey guys this is my first season and i can confidently say that i am now officially and intermediate rider but i still dont know much about snow boards. I was wondering what difference it makes to ride a wider board? And i was also thinking about purchasing one but i just wanted to know if people recommend it or not.

u only need a wide board if u wear a size 11 or larger boot =)

Dude I got an 09 Custom X, with EST Triads. Boots are 32 TM-Two. I wear a size 11 and have almost Zero overhang on heel and toeside. The 32 TM-Two have a super small footprint. Plus I love my board !!

Hmm would a size 12 be a midwide? or just stright up wide. Sorry to steal the thread :p
