iPod head phones keep falling out

I wear a burton red helmet and my head phones keep falling out of my ears any advice on how to stop it ?

Seriously? Buy some cheap in-ear buds. Even $10 JVC Marshmallows (which are actually very impressive for the price) are boatloads better than the stock iPod earbuds.

Try putting some slack on the cord down to your ipod. This happens sometimes if the cord is to tight and u i go to turn my head, the headphones will fall out.

Before i got this RED Helmet and the Audex inserts i used my regular Zune headphones and then put my mask on over top, they never went anywhere.

FMJs technically aren't earbuds. They sit in your ear. Earbuds (like the iPod stock ones) rest on the outside.

Try the type that clip on the outside of your ear - I have a pair that I also use for running/working out and they are the business.
