Excercise in summer to help you board?
Hey hey!
There's about 3 months til season starts again here.. and as snowboarding is the only excercise I do I've turned to crap over the summer.. So I've joined the gym.. What are some great things to do for ya body to improve your boarding? I heard yogas pretty good.. but what else? (Besides the obvious just improving your fitness) Cheers. |

its olympic style, you use the rubber plates.`umm I dont have a site handy for it

core muscle exercises (any kind of stabilization) I also do lots of torsional (oblique) exercises and really focus on the lower abdominals (leg raises (add weights if u want)), I also run 5 miles 3+ times a week this not only gets your legs into shape, improves balance, but also allows you to shredddd all day super hard. Which means you will progress faster!!
