My closest mountains season ended yesterday (it starts in Jan.) I guess thats pretty short right? Back to drooling over videos.
Does any one know what to do while you wait for the snow to come? Did any one pick any nice gear up? Any gear your looking forward to seeing in 2010? (I'm looking forward top the green machine, hero, infidel and the danny kass binders)How was your season? Any new tricks? I'm sad.

Season is almost over here.
For next season, I aim to improve my switch riding, catch bigger air, and learn more grabs. I'm going to get either an Evil Twin or a Stair/Scaremaster. Also gonna try my best to pick up some Salomon boots and throw away my K2 T1s. BOA can eat asshole for all I care. Piece of shit. I need a new jacket too. |

My season is unfortunately done too. It's tax season so I'm too busy to go ride.
For my off-season I'm going to really concentrate on skating, work on some moves that will improve and maintain my snowboarding skills. I want to step up and learn nose/tail slides, smith grinds, and the coveted 360 flip. I'm also going to keep up my regiment at the gym and try to put on some upper body muscle and get rid of my beer belly. LOL Don't think of Spring as the end of your Snowboarding Season, think of it as the beginning of the next one. |

I started skatboarding recently and I'm looking forward to doing more(skateboard season!). I also will probably have enough money for my own board next season and my family may be getting a season pass.

I too am landlocked but plan on making some trips to Westport, WA for some mushburgers this summer. Also we go to Mexico every year for a vacation. I have convinced my old lady to go to Puerto Vallarta this summer rather than the Caribean side so I can hit up some surfing in Sayulita for a few days.

I'm gonna try surfing for the first time this summer. My season ended about a month early due to a knee injury, but my plans for next season are to be able to bomb and carve up blue and black groomers with ease and start taking some backcountry trips. I also want to try and meet more locals who ride (especially backcountry) as I don't know many people in this area.
For gear I'm looking forward to Never Summer's new line up of boards. The Heritage RC is sounding like it might be just right for me. Also I need some new pants. lol My wife starts law school this fall so money will be tight but I'm gonna try to get a season pass to one of the better resorts around Tahoe.
