Is Rome doing anything bad? I just wanted opinions and reasons to support them. Personally i think that Rome is doing an awesome job promoting the individuality of snowboarding as well as staying true to snowboarding's roots. I also know that their boards are made outside the U.S. and that's the only thing that I would change but that's it.

I have zero Rome gear but do think they area small company doing things right ... they kinda remind me of ride before the k2 buyout... props to rome from me

rome are not that small.

any company that can afford to run two page spreads (whether it be in tws, snowboard mag, snowboarder mag, etc) at more than 12k per adverts cannot be small.

i think they are kindof promoting the punk side of snowboarding. which isnt really a bad thing but its different than a lot of other companies out there.
but im not complaining i have a rome board and some rome clothes. i like their products their message is just different than most other companies

I use nothing but Rome. I'm a loyal person when I find good gear that is backed by quality support. Not that I've ever had anything go wrong with my stuff, but if something did, I've heard they have great customer support.

I think their stuff is high quality compared to the other demos I've ridden. My Arsenal bindings and Anthem board have been going strong for over 4 years.

i am one of the few, guessing, that thinks rome ads are a bit lame-first they attempt to jump on the punk bandwagon by incorporating punk bills/concert flyers into their campaigns... now, it looks as though they are jumping on the traveling gypsy/tinkers' wagon.

i guess i am just over the trend du jour (neon, ass-clown outterwear, the pdx mustache, the i want to look like salvador dali look, etc.) marketing and all the stupid kids that follow the sheep.

having said all this, rome's binders for next year do kick ass... never ridden any of their boards, i hear they are good.
