I agree w/ the comments above, you'd end up like a giant assh0le if you do it. I have seen a little kid almost fell out of his chair because some guy jumped off the lift in front of his. Poor kid cried the rest of the way, after almost being ejected out of his seat. The guy who jumped off was escorted off and not sure what happened to him. Either way, just a bad idea all around, glad that you had the sense to ask the question here first though

Never had the desire to do this as it seemed to defy common sense... But a buddy of mine did it last season, and really messed up his elbow because as stated - you will fall at an awkward angle, and unlike a cat you have little chance of landing on your feet. He decided to do this 2 weeks before we had a trip out west planned... genious.
