These kind of things reminds us that we need to always be cautious...my thoughts go out to their families

remember about 6 years ago when a lifeflight slammed into the mtn near the trailhead there attempting to rescue folks :(

yeah, man that sucked...

on the flip-side, we were amazed at the skill-set of the life flight chopper pilot. to watch him or her nose into that steep face and hover between a particular canyon wall was really impressive.

where abouts in slc are you at? trying to motivate to go to the bird today.

my girl and I live on 9th east about 50th south ... house hunting atm though with rates what they are... spent the day at Brighton for last day was super slush and bluebird... my banana finally peeled last week ( stupid dye cut boards ) but cant complain it had almost 200 days on it but as a result I probably wont jump on the snowbird pass ( I almost bought one a few weeks ago im glad i held up )

not sure what your budget is but there are some really well priced homes in the cove right now.

send the lib back, they are pretty good on returns-especially if it came unglued.

and yeah, the fucking bird... never got the place, but it keeps the season going. i regretted dropping the $280...then we got the twenty-four inches, rode with friends, got drunk, was stoked on the bird...woke-up and said, ''why the hell did buy a pass to bump-zilla?''

i wouldnt feel right trying to warranty the board ... i got it over two years ago before they were being sold from a friend that rides for mervin here in slc so im just gonna keep good karma and be glad i got my 200 plus days out of it. im hoping to get to the bird b4 its all over this season .. just need to get some p-tex fixes .. definitely gettin my brighton hike on though haha
