First Shred

Our grandson Carson got his first one done today. 13 months was too long a wait . Pretty cool when we can hit it with 3 generations going sideways. Yeeeeoooooow!

Love this... Can't wait to get my daughter out. She'll be 16 months next December.

It will be incredible to see what tricks future snowboarders will be doing. Any ideas? Quint-Corks? Or just back to the basics with style.

I just embedded this video into a post on the content home page as well. I hope that's cool. Please let me know if it's not and I'll take it down.

This is so awesome!!! Glad to see you guys aren't putting them on skis first. My 4 year old, Colby, just took the chair for the first time this past weekend. They learn super fast when they are really young. They aren't afraid, at least Colby isn't. But my 8 year old is a chicken. I am too so I can't judge.

Good call on not buying the Burton Riglet. That thing is a piece of crap. Cost $40 bucks and it doesn't even retract very well, flimsy piece of plastic. We used it for like 2 days, I could have easily just pulled him by his hand.

I'd say helmets all the way with kids. The risk of catching a heel edge is way just too big for soft heads...
