So dropped my board off at the shop to have a tune/stone grind. Get a call and was told they damaged my board. They refunded me the retail price of the board and the tune and gave me my board back. Is there anything I can do to fix the board? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
You may have trouble getting anything to lay flat for you unless you lay a piece of fiberglass over the damaged areas. If you can get epoxy resin and some 4oz glad you can definitely make it safe to ride again. Patch the holes like a major surfboard ding. Ptex on that much surface would result in a hellish mess, that would be a bitch to sand. If you can get the resin smooth enough on the glass, minimal sanding would be necessary.
set it on fire around a bunch of drunken gnargoyles when you need snow
