Default Snowboard buying help!

I'm a new snowboarder, and just got my 09 LibTech Skatebanana stolen when i've never ridden it. anyways I need to buy a new board, i'm goofie footed, and I don't know really what kind of board I should be looking at, I would buy another Skate Banana but I don't have another 300-400 bucks to fork over.. so I've been looking on Craigslist.org for ads of people selling their snowboards, and I just want an input on some, whether it's a good purchase or not.. I didn't know where to turn so I figured I'd post here.. sorry for my noob questions.. do you guy's think this is a good buy..((((New Salomon 159 + sz11 vans boots))))) <

I have no clue what that board is, but the bindings look pretty shitty. If you're really interested, message the seller and ask what model, what year, and how many days they've been ridden. That will tell you if its a decent deal. Also, don't buy boots without trying them on. $50 boots is a good deal, but not if they don't fit right.

You should keep an eye out on craigslist for your skatebanana, thats most likely where it ended up.

Sucks to hear about your board man, thats the shitty you had to loose that bad boy. A skate bannana wouldn;t have been a good board to start learning on though. Try a less expensive burton board like the blunt, they are pretty good board for the cheap price.

Yea man that board would be great to learn on, once you start getting better you'll be able to take it in the park.
