Ok so I found a fantastic deal on sierra on a pair of boots for my wife...like 75% off or something like that on closeout. Well they just showed up and while my order, my confirmation, and the pack list all say 10.5 the boots are a 12. WTF that isn't even close. So now I have to return them and find something else for her...I am assuming I got the last pair of these from them because they are no longer listed on their site...so they didn't even have the size I ordered when I ordered them.
This sucks.

Ok so I called and it turns out I am not the only one this has happened to...they said the boots are drop shipped from Salomon (which doesn't makes sense as they are in a Sierrasnowboard.com box) and several customers received wrong sizes. So they are sending me a return ship label and I asked them to keep an eye out in case a 10.5 come in from one of these other customers.

Well I thought they were going to resolve this quickly and painlessly...but I guess not so much. I have called 2 times now, both times I was told I would receive a call tag via email for the boots at their cost and a $10 shop credit the same day. Nothing has happened yet.
Anyone wear a size 12 boot and want some Salomon Symbios for $50 shipped? Brand spankin new still in the box. |

Lol stop hating BA..Sierrasnowboarding is actually one of the better sites out there...
Sucks you got shafted, but it sounds like they are trying to fix it atleast. A buddy of mine got one of their boards and selected the free shipping and got it in 1 business day...and we are in Oregon not Cali...i dont think ive ever seen something delivered so fast...especially considering it was the free shipping i expected it to take a week.

So I guess I will be patient...they were dirt cheap (really an amazing deal but I guess you get what you pay for) so it isn't like I am out $300 until they get returned. |
