CBC News - British Columbia - 2 Ont. skiers plunge to deaths near B.C. resort
Condolences to the family. I've to been where these guys appear to have ducked the rope. It is very clearly marked, and there is a path to ski/hike back to the lift. The thing about Revy is that the bottom half of the mountain has some very treacherous terrain. A few Ontario reports are failing to mention that they went out of bounds... |

Thoughts with the family for sure. Can't fault them for it. I think it's safe to assume that all of us have gone OB Pow hunting al least once. Know the terrain and know how to read the mountain.
Complete side note; It's amazing that even Revy's backcountry is icy. What the hell's going on?
