So I've been boarding like nuts lately, and I'm starting to get some redonkulous heel lift... everywhere I go I ask if they have any J-bars and they say 'no'. EVERYWHERE!! I've been to like 5 shops, like 8 different mountains, but they say they dont have any Jbars?? WTF IS THIS!?!?!
So I'm in need of some J-bars whether it be ordering online or making them home made, idc, i just need something/anything to get ride of heel lift. could i just like tape some sponge or something onto the ankle area on the liners orrrrr....? help would be nice.

Just go down to your local hardware store as them for some foam that has a 3m adhesion on the other side of it and cut out the shapes you need. It's pretty damn easy.
